1.      Protect the Poor people from their struggle.

2.      Give awareness about their rights/benefits from the govt.

3.      Guide the people to get their rights/benefits

4.      Notify the public's problem to the concerned higher govt authorites.

5.      Collect the information about the people's rights/benefits from each department.

6.      Collect the petitions from the public through a direct enquiry with the public.

7.      Get the evidence for their problems and report directly to the Vigilence, Anti-Corruption Bureau and Human Rights Commision.

8.      Co-ordinate all other organisations to vehemently deal the problem with an iron hand.

9.      Identify the appropriate funds/loans/benefits given by the govt. to the handicaps/Orphans/Poor people(BPL) and educate them through the legal work to be done to avil it.

10.  Identify and Educate regarding scolarships/funds for the minority people(Christian/Muslim) and SC/ST.

11.  Guide and educate volunteers to send petitions for the public directly to govt. offices without our help, to increase efficiency of the process.

12.  Find and Report the govt. officers with evidence who demand money from the poor to provide their service.

13.  Find the harassment women undergo from the society and help them.

14.  Take follow up actions for the petitions.

15.  Give frequent feedback to the petitioners.
