The Public can send your grievances(Problems) our to Mail ID. Your mails
will be kept confidential. To rectify your problems you should give us a clear
picture about your problem. The poor public who can't reach our site can
contact us through mail, so the volunteers & Social Workers can help them
post their problem.

Limitations:
1. The
Grievances / Problems of the Public may be send to us in English or Malayalam
or Tamil.
2. The
petitions may be sent to our mail id from your mail id or directly post your
petitions by clicking the "Click here" option
above.
3. If you are
not able to type in English you may sent the image of your petition to us (Scan
your petition after clearly writing your petition in Malayalam/Tamil, then
attach that image to mail).
4. At present
we have no facilities to communicate with you through Malayalam or Tamil. So please
depend some others help to understand our feed back (only if you are unable to
understand English) till we improve our facilities to communicate with you in
Malayalam/Tamil.
5. Now we
cannot undertake any "major" problem of public, because the major
problems/needs of the public can be rectified only by the Co-ordination of
petitioners reporting the same to the Minister/Collector.
6. We have no
postal address to communicate with us, so kindly keep online communication
only.
7. All of your
suggestions about our Organisation/website are also invited. If you need
anymore options in the website send us your feedback.
8. The
petition must have a clear picture (i.e you should post your petition with
complete details and evidence).
9. The
petitions without clear details about the problems will be rejected from our
process.
10. If you are
willing, send your complete postal address, phone nos and Emai Ids to us while
you are post the petitions and it will be kept confidential.
11. The
petitioner’s name and details will be hidden while we process their petition
with the higher authorities.(For the safety of the petitioner)
12. If you
are an able person you can directly forward your petition to the concerned
departments through online or postal services (but take care on your personal
safety). We have provided some useful links to communicate with govt. Offices

14. If you are
willing to post your suggestions about our organisation as well as the general
problems of public, you can send to our id. We will post your suggestion in the
site after analising and approving it.
